2)if they mean to say its a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gas created by electrolosis (which is possible), the ridiculous amount of electricity used to create it completely outweighs the benefits of its use.

1) there is no such thing as HHO gas, that is, if they mean to say its is one single molecule (ie a H-H-O bonded molecule, as opposed to the standard H-O-H(water)) that in and of itself is impossible and a blatant lie, hydrogen can only make a single bond with another element (so the middle hydrogen would NOT be able to bond with both an oxygen atom and another hydrogen atom.

Its a plasma cutter people hate to break it to you but you can use Co2/argon/No2/o2 in those things infact any inert gas will do. They dont produce any combustive/kinetic force its just heat induced via ionization of gas.
