if fuel prices go up, will the fuel companies in the stock market have a chance to go up?

if fuel prices go up, will thier be chances of the fuel companies in the stock market go up or down?
They go up
I saw a site offering info on how to pay 1940's prices for gas
Thought it was a scam
BUT for $25.00 I tried it
and AND to my surprise it was on the level and I have saved over $100.00 in three weeks on gasoline the site is at

the stock prices of Oil Marketing companies are likely to go down – for the reason that when input cost is higher refining and marketing margin will come down. cash flow management will be difficult and costilier.
they have to infuse further working capital to remain in the market
all are a complex situation
