I can’t believe the anyone would name a gas station/convenience store “Kum&Go” (1:06), but if I had to clean the rest rooms at one, the title would probably seem more reasonable (or at least honest).
No doubt, once this recession/depression is over, oil will be right back up, headed for $200. Let’s hope someone has come up with an electric car worth owning by that time.

I loved this song way back in the late 70’s. You would think someone in the media or on television would have played this when talking about these high gas prices by now. They probably have not because of the drug references though. However the drugs mentioned in the song arent too much more expensive than a gallon of gas these days. Point well taken from Ray Davies.
