Halliburton received no-bid contracts in Kosovo and Bosnia under the Clinton administration. People who buy this rhetoric without doing their due diligent research are just as dumb as this guy is.

Obama and the Democrats are “clueless” and their policies would hurt us all. Oil companies don’t set the prices, the market does. Bill Clinton was in bed with Enron and let them shape energy policy, and in thanks Enron donated $100,000 to the “I Have A Dream” fund. If we impose price controls we will have long lines like in the 1970s. Ethanol is inefficient and is driving up food prices. The government takes more in taxes than oil companies do in profits. WISE UP PEOPLE!

We should be …
We should be drilling in ANWR to help lower the oil prices near term, and be seriously looking into alternative fuels in the future, but not Ethanol. Ethanol is not very efficient and it burns dirty. Farmers now have the government subsidized incentive to grow more corn at the expense of other crops and this is part of the reason that food prices are rising. Republicans and Democrats alike have been in bed with the Enron’s of the world and have failed to address energy alternatives.

We could produce our manufactured goods here, and keep our industrial technology here – then they would not grow as much, we would grow.
