		<description>I always heard that the pump does round it off to the next number as it pumps your gas. 1.50/99 becomes 1 51. Every ten gallons the pump gains one penny. Figure that up for ten or twelve pumps at the end of the day, for a week, for a year and it adds up to a pretty penny for the gas station. I have never received  a gas pump receipt that reads $27.00/99&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
