What will happen to gas prices after the election?

I’m sure we are all enjoying the lowering of gas prices recently, but what do you all think will happen after Nov. 4. Regardless of who wins.
Does anyone feel that this is an attempt (regarding the election) to reach out to the middle class?

Gas prices depend on the gas companies and the price of oil per barrel. On average, gas prices raise during the summer and after natural disasters and trickle down during the winter. It will have little to do with who is the president.

We get most of our oil from OPEC and countries that hate America. Unless we start drilling, refining, and actually have access to our own oil supplies we will have to pay whatever OPEC wants to charge.
