		<description>The only idea I would have would be to go to the library and get a copy of a newspaper from that era (actually, if you can get a photocopy of the newspaper from the day he was born, it can make a nice gift), in it there might be advertisement of house prices, petrol sales etc. from there you can make comparisons?
